855 PAIN LLC ships Pain Away Extra Strength from the United States through the carriers and service levels shown at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently fulfill orders to addresses accepted at checkout. If we cannot ship to your location, checkout will not complete.

Processing and delivery

Order processing and estimated delivery dates appear at checkout and in your order confirmation. Weather, carrier delays, and incorrect addresses can add time. We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package is in transit, but we will help you track it.

Address accuracy

You are responsible for a complete, correct shipping address. Extra charges or lost packages caused by a bad address are not refundable.

Damaged or missing packages

If a package arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, email info@painawaystore.com within 7 days with your order number and photos (for damage). We will work with the carrier and replace or refund as appropriate.

International

If international shipping is offered at checkout, the customer is responsible for duties, taxes, and customs delays.
